I know this is a budget friendly hotel but it was not clean. Trash from prior folks still in room, hair on counter and sink. Carpet felt damp. Bed had grass in it.

The bathroom was not clean at all. The refrigerator as not cleaned out from the previous occupants. Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here.

The breakfast is not a hot breakfast ..it's continental. The bathrooms are a little outdated. But besides those 2 things ...it's GREAT for the price!

Breakfast was advertised as grab and go. Sign in dining room stated "please do not carry out breakfast. dine in only". Breakfast was fine. 3 types cold cereal, apples, muffins, bread and butter. (no toaster, no jelly) No blankets!! Bedspread was just one layer of seersucker fabric thick. (I need the weight of a blanket to sleep well.) Looks like they just clean the sink/faucet with window cleaner or water--there is a buildup.

The room smelt like stale weed the place advertised no smoking on premises but maybe thats only cigarettes i would not recommend any family to stay here .. it was not very clean either

Dirty and old/bad conditions

The room we booked was supposed to be non-smoking and have a queen sized bed. Neither were true. The bed was full/double size (we have a queen and home and know the size) and it REAKED of smoke. It was so bad that my clothes smelled of smoke the next day after leaving the room. There were no other rooms available when we checked in so we had no choice but to stay in that room. The carpet was dirty and sticky in spots, the bedside table was dirty - I used toilet paper (not tissues in the room) to try and clean/wipe it and the paper was brown afterward. Disgusting.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. The room was clean and it was quiet. The water pressure was great. Also, the pool was very clean and nice to swim in. I was very pleased with how quiet the property was. Would stay again.

The workers were nice. If you want a cheap place with low expectations because you’re visiting Busch Gardens, then this is OK. If you are use to very clean and comfortable beds, then this might not be the place for you. The breakfast was white bread slices, one type of fruit, one muffin and three cereal dispensers. They also had coffee and juice. There is a small pool that looked clean. The location is surrounded by restaurants and next-door to miniature golf so that was convenient. It’s by far not the worst place. I’ve stayed at, but if I go back to that area, I probably will spend a little bit more for a bigger bed and a little bit more breakfast choice.

Poor Condition and Poor Service

The room was in poor condition with a lot of staining and the carpet pulling up. The beds have only a thin sheet, and on one of the beds it had a cigarette burn through it. The room also had a strong chemical smell. Although it advertises breakfast, on the first day the display had only a handful of apples, a single mini muffin of indeterminate age, and some cereal and milk. On that day, the clerk offered me fresh muffins, but did not do so for other guests. On following days, there were no muffins at all. Although the website says that it is a 17 minute walk to William and Mary, it is more like 40 minutes.

We stayed at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williamsburg Colonial for one night. The staff is none existing. The breakfast selections were cereal, milk, apples, muffins and juices. The room looked clean but not sure. The worst was the bathroom. The drainage in the tub did not worked, we had water in it until the next day.

Airconditioning was old and very loud, even though it said non-smoking- still smelled. Neighbors who may have been living in next door property were up til 3 in the morning having what appeared to be a domestic dispute, with TV on til 3 am very loud. Got no sleep and had a very important event the next day. Very disappointed..just need 8hrs of sleep.
