Excellent location near Colonial Williamsburg. The suite was spacious, and the cooked-to-order breakfast was a major plus. A very comfortable and convenient stay.

Even though construction was happening it didn't affect our stay at all. Breakfast food was amazing. The reception in the evening in the bar area was so convenient and such a nice gesture after a long day. The bartender, Nikki, made our stay very special because of how personable she was and not to mention she made amazing drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

When we visited there was renovations on going, and the place was looking quite run down. Room keys seemed to be really unreliable, and the room we got smelled like weed, so overall the experience was not good. The breakfast was pretty good though, probably the one redeeming thing for us.

Hotel on it's last leg. Totally out of date - could not stream on TVs/Bathrooms very old/water temp regulator was faulty/restaurant only had half of the things on the menu/no restaurant seating - only bar area. Also, we felt like we were staying in a kennel - there was as many dogs as guests - barking across the hall. This was like a KMart going through the closing process. In spite of these things, the staff was very nice.

I love the location but I think it’s time for an upgrade. The water in room LITERALLY took 5 whole minutes before heating up. The cleanliness was awesome throughout the entire hotel but the place needs to be updated. The staff was top notch. I would visit again.
