This place was amazing! The mini-apt is spacious, clean, and so lovely. The attention to detail was amazing- if you call for something, they are there to help in record time. From people I emailed, texted, or met in person - everyone goes above and beyond. We had multiple people staying there, in various rooms. We loved that we could meet in so many places - the pool area is unreal! And mini-golf was so fun. There are lots of walking paths, and a nice central restaurant.

This was just a one night stay but the two bedroom two bath unit was more than we expected. Clean and stocked with all your cooking needs. We would definitely come back if we needed a place to stay again.

1) The pots are cheap, the chipped coating shows up in water when boiling water for tea. So it's best not to use it for cooking, because coating will be in food 2) no cable or internet options on TV 3) hallways and entry doorways were filthy 4) when booking with third party, and it confirmed that a guaranteed suite would be honored (due to third party speaking directly with Hilton resource (at front desk) it should be honored, without guest going back-and-forth with "Deb"). A supervisor, eventually stepped in and assisted, but the unfortunate exchange with “Deb”, should have never taken place.

Clean room, staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast twice buffet - lots of choices, omelette made to order - excellent.

Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. We stayed in a “standard one bedroom” cottage-like reservation, while other part of family stayed in a two bedroom. There was a huge difference in accommodations —- theirs was so much nicer and also had a balcony. Pretty setting convenient by car to William & Mary and historic Williamsburg. Staff was NOT overbearing in pushing us to commit to an appointment to hear sales pitch. Personnel were courteous and helpful. We did not use amenities; there for graduation.

So initially this was just supposed to be a trip that I was tagging along on with my two youngest children, because my oldest was going with her Girl Scout troop. I was not looking forward to this trip, to say the least. None of my children are swimmers, and I didn’t think we were going to enjoy ourselves. I’m happy to say that I was wrong. We got there and check-in was smooth without a long wait. We were immediately able to get going to the water park, which was magnificent. There were several shallow areas for them to play in without me having to have a hold on their life vests. The slides were thrilling. If I had to have a complaint, it would be that if you have mobility issues, there are endless stairs and walking. One central elevator bank means you need to be patient, or get your steps in. I got wolf passes for all three kids and it was the perfect amount of activities to fit in the weekend.
