Check-in was quick. Room was very spacious even with a king size bed, had a lounge chair with ottoman as well. Enjoyed having a personal keurig coffee maker right in the room and mini fridge. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Check-out was even quicker.

The walls were paper thin that you could hear everything! Cheaply built as well.. Breakfast area was too small and food trays empty. We didn't even fit in there! Had breakfast elsewhere! Overnight stay was too expensive in an Americinn, our first and last stay!

Friends Getaway

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, service was friendly. They had a Continental breakfast... Scrambled eggs were luke warm, had to heat them in the microwave, had sausage patties, cereal, bagels and danishes, yogurt, bananas, waffles, juice and coffee. Wasn't a fan of the shower You couldn't move the shower head and it was soft water, so had that slimy feel, but got the job done. Water pressure in the shower was just okay. The toilet flushed well, though! Overall, we had a great stay.

The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and hygiene products. Beds were comfortable and shower had plenty of pressure. Lobby was clean and adequate. One negative was the sulfur smell in the bathroom sink. However, the shower smelled fine. Another disappointment was the breakfast. It was mostly carbs, bread, waffles, and sugar. The eggs were more like egg substitute and gritty. The only fruit was bananas and the yogurt was Walmart brand with more sugar. Sausage patties were ok. If you’re fine with something quick, it’s fine but not if you’re trying to eat healthy.

Needs a little attention

I enjoyed the quietness of the property but i did encounter some issues. The keurig in the room did not work and the dark brown roll down window shade did not work. There was no coffee at breakfast at 8 am annd no one available to tell. The drsk girl was very efficient but i had to wait a few minutes before she came to the desk when i was checking in at 4 p.. With some attention to details the property could be vastly improved. Location is wonderful.

Don’t stay here

Noisy noisy noisy. Ticking noise periodically in room, layout odd doors to room didn’t fit tight adding to hallway noise. There is nothing nearby for food & their pantry was bare or even worse covered with frost

Wrong location booked

When i tried to book the hotel for one location . It showed it and booked me for a hotel 2hrs away. The virteral agent told me she got it cancel and gave me a short cut to rebook for for right city.

Had to wait 5min for the front desk person to come check us in. Tried to take a shower but it was cold and the tub drain was slow. There were only 3 pillows on the king bed. At breakfast the eggs and sausage warmers was cool and the fridge holding milk and yogurt showed a temp of 44 too warm. We skipped these items. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Lacking customer service

It was a little odd that no one was hardly ever at the front desk. You had to pick up the phone and they would answer. I asked for a receipt and they said the printer isn’t hooked up to WiFi. Shouldn’t a business have all the tools they need ready to go? I was told they would email it but they haven’t yet.
