Hotel was clean. We were there in the winter and the drive and lot was very icy and unsafe. Our car spun out a couple of times as there was no removal or treatment of the ice orBreakfast had limited selection, "old" apples as the only fruit, one type of muffins that were chocolate but looked burned. It's decent, but not one that I would recommend. Owner/front desk personnel were very nice.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. It is easy to access from the freeway. The hot tub was clean and hot. Staff wasn’t around much, but we didn’t need them for anything.

The hotel was recently remodeled and is very clean. The staff os friendly. There is ab$25 fee for checking in early that isn't adequately communicated, something to be aware of - check-in is at 3pm. You're 20 minutes from Iowa City and Coralville, by highway. The pool and hot tub looked very clean, hotel has a bar and provides breakfast, i didnt use either to be able to speak to them though. I would have no issues choosing thisnhitelnagain if i needed to. We normally stay closer to Iowa City to visit our daughter at school. This was a hom3 game weekend and the most affordable hotel within 30 minutes of the school.
