The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Super clean rooms. We vacation in this area 2-3 times a year for the last 20 years. Sometimes renting a home and sometimes staying in a hotel for 4-5 days. Our usual hotel didnt have any rooms available and I'd often thought of staying at Cape Pines. I have to tell you, our daughter said this was the cleanest bathroom ever lol. The room was so cozy, relaxing and warm. The owners helped accommodate me with my disability. There is a laundry facility on site. Its pet friendly with a designated area to walk your pets to use the bathroom. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. The pool area was clean, inviting and relaxing. Honestly I'd rather stay here verses renting a home. Cape Pines is my new favorite place to stay.

The manager on the day we left was great, but when we checked in, they pull out couch was with dirty linens with food still on it and the gentleman from the front desk told us to not make a big deal out of it because it’s only food. Bathroom also was clogged and needed to be unclogged while we were there.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamsburg by IHG for three days getaway with my kids and my sisters and their kids. We booked a double room and were very pleased with its size and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Specially Jalal in the front desk, he was super nice and super helpful.
