This was a very clean and well decorated hotel. Every aspect seemed top notch. The extra amenities in the room were super: hair dryer, safe, large TV, great tile in the bathroom -wall and floor. Great stay at a reasonable price. Loved the decorative aquarium in the dining area.

The bed was comfortable to myself and my husband and we both have back issues. They had a hot breakfast which was very convenient for our family of 4. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This hotel wasn't in a fancy area and definitely just looked ok from the outside but it had great renovations inside and it was near a shopping center with decent food options. The staff were SUPER nice at all hours. If your family is visiting Busch Gardens it's pretty perfect because it's right there. You'll be happy you chose to stay.

Nice hotel but skip the breakfast.

The accommodations were very nice. The only disheartening part was the breakfast. I always brag about the cinnamon rolls at Holiday Inn Express but that is no longer the case with the new cinnamon rolls that were served. The cinnamon rolls used to be something to look forward too. Also, there was no yogurt, hard boiled eggs or other items often found in a small fridge. The fridge was broken.

Fantastic staff and facikitues...only negatives would be the room design with the sink next to the entry door instead of in the bathroom, and a pancake machine ( instead of waffles) for breakfast .
