I travel to williamsburg 2xs a year for some r r well i always stay at this hotel..but the last 3 times havent been the best...the desk.personal arent very friendly or knowledgeable.about their hotel...dont complain cause theyndont carw..and last sept before we went we called to be sure pool was working and it was till we got there then all sudden it went down 1 day after we areived...well this past week i got there on tuesday pool and hot tub opened wednesday am got up to.use hot tub and all of sudden it was down for maintaince....and was closed till friday..but crazy part is in sept they told us they closed it because someone puked in it well once aga I n thats the same story they told me this time...very unhappy with it...housekeeping was very nice but never vacuumed the rugs in my roon...and the resturant employee were awesome..they made up for the rest of the staff...willthink 2s before staying there on my next visit...
