Room was not cleaned. And we found vap in the bed and used water bottles and towels on the floor. They don’t have another king bed to change as well. Totally disappointed. I am here with my family and 5 years old kid.

Check-in was easy, room was clean, breakfast was decent. The omelette egg choice is a plus. The bacon would have been better had it not been sitting in an inch of grease- and the lady working the breakfast area could use some help. The last day of our stay it was still over an hour before breakfast was over and people were coming down and complaining there was no food- one man told her he would come back there and help her get some food cooked and she said she didn’t need his help. We did see another employee in the dining / lobby area but all he did was take out the trash.

I did the online checkin which I thought would expedite things but it didn't. The woman at the checkin did not even acknowledge my presence for 5 minutes while she finished up something on her computer. Also the room had some minor maintenance issues that needed attending like only one bolt holding the toilet seat on which I reported and got a blank stare back.Given that, the location was perfect. Good value for the money. I would stay again.

The room was in decent condition. The bathroom fan didn't work. The elevators were making a lot of popping noises, and one had the floor coming up. My biggest complaint is the house keepers were letting the doors slam in the morning. It was pretty steady, so we weren't able to go back to sleep.

Keys wouldn't work. Changed rooms three times. Staff helped but didn't seem real concerned with our issues. Ice maker on the floor was broken. Refrigerator in our room not working. No hot water from bathroom sink. Shoe prints in the shower and shower stall was busted. Commode would barely flush. Heating unit worked but ran so loud you had to turn the television up. Had to go back to the check in desk when we returned from a long day out because the key wouldn't open the door. The gentleman that helped us that time was apologetic. When we checked out the girl on duty did not even apologize for all of our trouble and when I asked for a partial refund of our room rate all she would say is that we booked with a third party and we would have to take it up with them. She didn't even note the problems that we had so they could be addressed by maintenance. Needless to say we won't be staying there again

The hotel was clean and so were the room. The breakfast was very good and I liked that it started at 6:00 am. The one thing that was annoying were employees in the breakfast area watching videos containing shooters. I could hear the noise and perhaps parents with children might find it offensive.

The bathroom counter top had a white substance all over it, like drywall compound that was sanded. The floor was dirty. There was prior trash in one of the trash cans. The TV remote did not work. Would not recommend this.

The room was clean and the staff was good. However, the temperature in the shower went from extremely hot and could burn a child to very cold. Was unable to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. There was only one available electrical outlet for charging a phone. You could not use a computer and charge your phone at same time. There was no clock in the room.
