They had the softest towels we’ve ever had in a hotel. Very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was not so great; lots of room for improvement there.

This Sleep Inn was spotless, with a friendly staff from desk to dining area to cleaning staff. Andre at the front desk was so helpful, recommending restaurants, giving directions, and pointing out amenities. He made us feel like a family member who really cared that we were having a great vacation. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

Trip Saving Switch

After going to our original hotel and making a switch to the Sleep Inn, we couldn’t have been happier! The pool was awesome, Judie was a sweetheart! Beds were super comfortable!!!

Front desk associates Andre and Judy were wonderful. Both were very nice and friendly. Always with a smile and kind gesture. The breakfast attendant was so sweet and helpful and breakfast was always hot and yummy.

It was a nice hotel. Was very disappointed it didn’t have a hot tub the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom set up was not what I liked with a pocket door only a shower stall that had no space to sit anything and shower leaked after usage. I kinda like my bathroom all included not with sink out in sleeping space but that my personal preference and we made it work. I’d stay again if I needed too

I was very happy with my stay. Pros: pool was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was very well stocked with lots of choices, diy waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, diy oatmel, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels and toast. Staff is very helpful, especially the lady in charge of breakfast. Quiet time must be pretty strictly enforced because I'm a light sleeper and I slept like a baby. Price was fantastic! Cons: you have to request maid service each day, it's not an automatic thing. The shower had some mildew but I think they would have fixed it had I brought it to their attention. You have to bring your used towels to the front desk to exchange for clean towels...which would have been awkward. We didnt stay long enough that these cons really affected us. They do have guest laundry with a charge of $2 a wash and $2 a dry. They offered laundry soap. Unfortunately after 48 minutes on high heat my clothes were still wet so I just gave up. Again I didn't stay long enough for it to put a wrench in my plans so I didn't really mind. Overall i would definitely stay here again.

The staff, especially Miss Judy was amazing. The breakfast was nice with many choices. The pool was nice. The area was very quiet. The queen beds were clean and comfortable. The room was laid out nice. The ac worked great. No complaints!

First time staying at this property, Price was decent, hotel is clean, rooms are clean. Didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool but it looked nice and clean also. The breakfast is on point, your basics but very well stocked. If only the showers were a little bigger, but then again you get what you pay for.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok but I’ll take clean establishment and friendly staff over anything! Will stay here again if we travel to Williamsburg in the future!
