I didn't realize the rooms were not necessarily inside the hotel but rather around the large property. Having said that, they were very nice and I would stay again.

Unit reminded me of a cottage. It was very quaint and quiet. A very nice place to just relax and rest King bed was nice and comfortable; loved the upgraded bathroom. Stayed two nights. Dining options were 5 minutes away. Cracker Barrel and Golden Carrol satisfied our dinner both nights. Will come back again.

My mother and I enjoyed a quick visit to Williamsburg. This was the second time for us to stay here and really enjoy it! The beds are very comfortable.

The staff for this hotel is nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. You can tell the staff is genuinely okay with kids. They have an activity room and there are endless activities and crafts for a small fee, free golf, volleyball, a pool with game stuff there as well. And even a game to look around the hotel for a bear! My kids were endlessly enetertained. The hotel is located on a strip with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment. My only suggestion is that the carpets need to either be replaced or steam cleaned. For us this was no big deal especially as we were staying in their un renovated room but it was noticeable to us.

We made reservations through Expedia to travel with 4 chihuahuas. They verified everything. I call the hotel myself on the 22nd of July. I was told by the front desk staff everything was verified EVEN the chihuahuas. Well when we got there the desk staff did not honor the reservation. Not only that when my husband disagreed with them , they banned him from the hotel and property. They did not care that we had driven 8 hours for vacation or that we had no place to stay. The overall manager came and as much said oh well too bad even after i showed her where everything was verified. Tried calling expedia and it was no help. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

The property is wonderful. However, the outside photo of pool with hotel background is deceiving (wide angle photo) so it is much smaller! The prolonged check-in process was tiresome

I loved the one bedroom with the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The front desk check gentleman was so kind. Only thing I didn't care for was being solicited to come to a meeting for a timeshare.
