The only good part about this property is that it is so close to WaterCountry USA- it smells bad, the rooms are damp, the air conditioning is poor and noisy

It was a pretty average hotel. I actually enjoyed the one further out in Williamsburg over this one. The Internet didn't work well and we couldn't get shows to come on the TV. I found the connect into the wall was basically shoved together with no good connection which probably didn't help. Breakfast was good except there weren't many places to sit when it got busy. The hallway noise was easily heard in the rooms as well as the room noises around you and even outside. There was a very nice lady working in the lobby area.

Frequent Traveler with few compalints

Showers and bathrooms have visible dust and dirt in the corners, walls, and floors. “Clean” Towels had hair clumps in them, and they ran out of towels for the amount of rooms / guests they had. Upgrades were done with little to no care (ex- door frames panted, but paint is also on the doors, floors, and tiles). Despite the photos showing a full, welcoming bar, there is no bar and the liquor license is supposedly forthcoming. Also, staff tried to break into my room at 12:45 am because they were trying to put someone else on my room. They claimed a “glitch” showed the room empty, except I checked in, prepaid for 2 nights, and my card key worked until they deactivated it when I complained. Exterior is crumbling, hallway floors are stained and full of sticky substances (tar, gum, etc). I can’t believe Wyndom put their name on this crappy property and staff.

Dogs barking constantly, loud music blasting from rooms, dark stairwells, squeaky beds. Worst place I’ve ever stayed before!

The property was very old. My bathroom was not properly cleaned. The breakfast was horrible and I would not stay there and I would not recommend any of my family or friends. I wish I could get my money back. The only good thing is it was close to the waterpark.

Sketchy People hanging around the parking lot. Certain floors smell bad. Was given 2 occupied rooms before being place in one that had not been cleaned. Was told they’d send someone to clean it and never happened. So we went back to raise the issue again and they finally came up. It’s not great by any means

The location was great and the staff was friendly. I also liked the large refrig in the room. The room was very old and run down and is really in need of refurbishment or remodel. (or at least some paint and caulking) If that was not an option then I could get past that for the one night I was there. However the room did not feel clean. There were shaving hairs all in the tub, a large hair across the toilet, a small bug on the pillow and a swimsuit sanitary sticker stuck to the back of the bathroom door. The caulking was crumbling or black in multiple places.

Convenient but basic

We picked this hotel because it was close to Busch Gardens and we wanted to spend two days there. It was close to the park, which was nice but the hotel itself is pretty shabby and had some leaking ceilings and the shower had a leak that ran all over the floor. The room was pretty cramped. The free breakfast was the exact same thing every single morning so we decided to opt out on the last day. The staff were very friendly though and always willing to help.

It was just for one night and it was just that . More so like the trap hotel .. needs carpet cleaning you can tell whomever bought the hotel got it how it was !! Very piss poor decor !! Room mediocre!! Plumbing problems had to plug my own toilet !!! I want my money back honestly !! Nice decor but it was very unkept !! Needs detail cleaning !! Better paint job carpet nasty in the hallways !! The tower of terror I mean elevator was a different story . I liked the staff tho
