Just good enough for one night

You get what you pay for. Bathroom shower had hair in it, the continental breakfast was gone with 45 min left of serving time, the beds are full and not queen. Our room did cool off well.

Staff was so nice. Room was clean. Pillows a little hard. Sink would not drain in room 711. Did not bring it to staff attention tho due to it being a short trip. Close to water country USA but def not a 5 min walk like listed lol. Breakfast was very simple- pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt. Second day, there wasn’t much. They said because the truck hadn’t came yet so only pancakes, potatoes, cereal, yogurt… elevators stink they smell like grease. The room to get on the elevators smells like breaks. Overall good condition. 3/5.

Internet didn't work until the last day, TV only had local channels, although the ad said they had netflix etc. we were put on the 7th floor but we wanted ground floor near the pool so we could monitor our kids instead they had to go up and down on elevators. The breakfast was good.

Hotel is in serious disrepair. Huge cracks in shower, toilet did not work even after maintenance was called, hallways especially in lobby area smelled of heavy smoke. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Manager was unconcerned with my reports of disrepair and I never did have a working toilet

The room was very compact compared to other 2 queen beds stay at other hotels; the hand and face sink was in the common area and thus no privacy to take care of personal care needs. The internet was horrible which caused the TV to be disturbed all evening!

After arguing with the Indian lady in the front about getting an extra towel during my stay, I have to admit this property sucks. She apologized and I felt bad for pushing her to get me towels. But at the same time what else was I supposed to do this is a hotel and I need a towel, you just provided me one for me and one for my spouse, I shower in the mornings, what did they expect? Overall, the hotel was ok, tv didn’t turn on, no towels if you ask, very cheap breakfast but was ok to say the least. Other people there were great and easy going like the one I talked to when I checked in. I forgot his or her name but he was great. Just stayed here for bussy gardens so families, bring all your stuff and book in advance so you don’t have to deal with anything this hotel has to offer or doesn’t offer.

It was filthy we had to go 4 rooms before they found one clean. There was stuff in the sinks the beds weren’t made pillows on the floor air conditioning didn’t work. The whole place smelled like mildew. There was bubbles in the walls from leaks you could push stains all over and dirty bedding. The front desk lady was even embarrassed and said she wouldn’t stay In there. As an apology they offered a bottle of water and a cup of ramen noodles. We ended up sleeping In the car.
