They claimed to be smoke free but people were smoking everywhere, our room smelled like smoke. My daughter has asthma. I spoke with the person at the front desk and told them it was a health concern and that we couldn’t stay there. We had to pay for another hotel and now Quality Inn is saying they won’t refund me

The bathroom floor was not clean there was dirt and a penny in the corner where the tub meets the wall. You could see greasy smears on the desk and other surfaces. The desk clerk was cheerful and competent.

Nice place when looking for something on the cheaper and convenient side. Exceptional Staff, they're all Wonderful especially the Kitchen guy ( sorry didn't get his name). I gave 3 star on on Propert facilities only because they Definitely need a New Pool guy that knows how to maintain a Clean Sparkling pool.

Everything was good. Except the beds could use more blankets or an extra one in the room. Walls are a little thin, but otherwise overall good visit.

This property is very noisy. Barking dogs are left unattended to bark and when you tell the staff about it they say oh wow. We are allowing dogs here. You have to deal with it. Lots of marijuana smell including after coming back smelling in your room.

No fridge in the room I had food to keep from spoiling luckily the ice machine was close so I used my cooler and ice. Shower was great what a way to wake up! Breakfast was poorly stocked no bagels it was not restocked the whole time I ate.

room was dirty, Bath room was dirty could not get room keys to work. got master key to work one time. we were told there was not another room available. it was late and raining we were tired. one of us had to stay in the room at all times so we didn't get locked out. The young man really tried to be helpful.

Horrible place

This was the wordy nightmare ever. From the moment I arrive to when I went to the room. I was change 3 times of room 1st the entrance was dirty with I mean dirty the room smelled horrible and the manager she checked herself and swept what was wrong with it send me to 2nd floor then back to an even worse condition room the pillows smelled dirty their was mouse dropping on the bed white sheets it was very obvious from far the mouse dropping. And let’s not talk about the dirty bathroom. This was a horrible weekend ….not worth all the money they charged. Even the cleaning lady was complaining that she had to do 12 rooms all by herself and then have enough help. I could see why she can’t do 100% job.

Decent for the price but no frills. Carpet felt wet and sticky which was off putting. But quiet and comfortable with nice staff. Lots of dining options nearby. Unfortunately it was storming so we couldn’t use the pool but it looked nice.
