Please be sure to use correct occupancy when booking. The Sunset Cottage is a place you can relax and forget about everyday cares. As soon as you step through the front door you’ll be greeted by memories of staying with your grandparents. This place is meant to be your home away from home, not somewhere that is stark and sterile. Our guests consistently comment on how comfy, cozy, and clean the house is and how available we are when needed. Don’t spend another second looking… book here. You’ll love it too.

The house itself covers just over 1,100 square feet and sleeps 7 people. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds in the spare bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The mostly level yard is perfect for kids to play in or you can relax on the large covered front porch.
You will have full use of the house and yard EXCLUDING the basement, and shed.
Charles and Amy live within 2 miles and are never more than a text or phone call away.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
