We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. When we walked in there is such a delightful smell! The only thing that I would suggest is more handles in the shower. The one place near the shower head is not enough. Thank you!

My 9-year-old gives it two thumbs up!

My husband and my youngest son wanted to go on a trip to go see the Ark Encounter in Kentucky. It was pretty last minute booking the hotel. I actually booked that morning. Everything was super easy. My son is 9 and he could not stop raving about the hotel. He said that everyone was so nice everything was clean. My husband was happy that the air conditioning was really good and the beds were soft and comfortable. I was happy that it was affordable. And it was about 6 miles away from where they needed to go. There was another hotel that was closer but about $120 more per night. They were very happy with their stay and if we ever go again we will stay there. When my husband took a nap after walking all day, my son texted me on his phone with all of these pictures and told me that the TV worked great and he was watching Looney Tunes. They both said that it was quiet and clean.

First hotel I've been in that didn't smell like it had been closed up for a long time. No mildew smell at all!! Lobby, elevator, halls and rooms were all very clean! The only thing I would change is the curtains. They are blackout(which I prefer) but they only closed a little on each side. I would have liked them to close completely. This will be my go to place as I am in this area every couple of weeks.

Bright light from the smoke detector flashed every 10 seconds, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Layout of room was not well designed. TV screen should have been over by couch area. Room service was only given if a person asked for it.

The breakfast was good, with many delicious choices to choose from. My friend and I also used the indoor pool. The problem I had was with the shower head, in our room. The shower knob doesn’t allow for difference in water pressure. Baths were fine, but I like to shower. The water pressure was really low, coming from the shower head. I felt like I couldn’t get clean enough, and it took a while for me to wash the shampoo out of my hair.

Manager allowed us to check in an hour early. Very nice facility, coffee bar is 24x7. Nice pool and fitness center, I used both of them several times. Good breakfast with plenty of options. We will definetly book this facility again.
