It was a convenient location, easy to get to, with adequate parking. The whole floor we were on and the one above us were very noisy, and we had two preteen boys with us. The chairs in the room were stained and dirty as was the covering on the bed. The bathroom was clean. Toiletries were adequate.

Very comfortable beds. Nice parking. Safe indoor rooms. Great variety of breakfast. Good location off the main hwy. No service privacy was respected. Enjoyed the stay. Amenities: tv microwave and fridge were all unplugged which was a bit of a hassle. Bathroom floors were dirty.

The beds were quite comfortable, and the television had an incredibly sharp picture. The space between the bed and the desk seemed a bit small but workable. The in-room refrigerator made an awful racket when running but did keep things cold. While I only stayed two nights, I really looked forward to the breakfast buffet as it was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get breakfast. The dining room was well kept, and the buffet was well stocked and tended to. The 24/7 coffee bar was an unexpected "perk" that my wife and I enjoyed! Overall, the room was more than sufficient for my purpose, and I would book this hotel again if I were traveling to the Dry Ridge area.

Older hotel, friendly staff made it a good stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is an older hotel and could use an uplift and a little sprucing up, especially the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

The staff were very friendly. Check-in/out was quick and easy. Breakfast was decent, but no variety from day to day. Towels and washcloths were small and of poor quality. The medium-sized towel was difficult to use for my hair, but there were no extra bath towels available. The hotel itself looked older, which I'm sure is what was reflected in the price.
