Many difficulties

They didn’t have our reservation that we booked with them through Hotels.com, so they had to work to get us a room. We showed that Hotels.com had billed us but it was never sent on to Sunrise Inn. They were very good to help us. The walls are thin so we heard the baby crying next door. Also another family was given our room so they tried to come in while we were sleeping.

We were with a group from Rumble LFA. Several from our group were at the Sunrise, which was right across the road to The Ark, where we all met up. It would help if there was a curtain between the sleeping area and the sink area.

The breakfast area could be made to be more efficient. I think due to space, it overcrowded rather quickly. For the age of this property, and outward appearance, it was a great place to stay and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Ark Encounter

Easy access and super close to the Ark encounter. Eating options limited at this exit but plenty at the next. But, I do have give a shout out to Mexican restaurant across the road. It was amazing. Bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel!

Very nice place. Across the street from The Ark if thats where you are going. They have done a nice job keeping an older hotel updated and clean. I would stay there again.

Even though is apparent remodeled older motel it is clean with comfortable bed. Easy short walk to Ark. Breakfast was sufficient. Only complaint is the tub floor was slick and could be a fall hazard

This hotel is a no frills BUT it’s clean , convenient and quiet . The breakfast is basic but you won’t starve . It’s directly across the street from the Ark Encounter and the Mexican restaurant across the street has good food .
