I loved the view. Room was nice. Great location. Front desk staff could be friendlier. I have a service dog and I kept hearing the front desk women whispering about her. They really shouldn’t assume that service dogs are all large seeing-eye type dogs. Hopefully next time I stay here management will educate them on the different types of service dogs.

The staff was very friendly. Loved the views from the balcony. Love that everything is in walking distance and the boardwalk with access to the beach. The only thing disappointing about this stay was the cloudy weather blocking that beautiful sunrise.

Visit on the off season and I cant imagine how busy and loud it must be on the high season. Construction next door at 6:40am almost ruined my stay but the staff were able to move me to the other side of the building and that helped significantly. The views are spectacular and worth the money. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to do in the area, even on the off season. Downside is no restaurant on the premises. Starbucks in the lobby was helpful which then turned into a small bistro for lunch or evening. Plenty of open restaurants nearby. Would recommend but not in the summer unless you enjoy loud crowds.

While the staff were fine and the view of the ocean wonderful, the property has a run down, shabby feeling. The decor is old and tired, and the room disappointing; stained ceiling, stained couch, chipped furniture. This is not what I expected from Courtyard. This is more on par with a Comfort Inn. The price of the room was exorbitant for what it was. We won't stay there again and recommend others don't either (at least not at seasonal rates).
