This property must be lox staffed because I was there 6 weeks and had to wait 4 weeks too get housekeeping. It took 3 weeks to fix my electrical outlets but didn’t offer me a discount or a different rooom

The place looks kind of sketchy and there was no security after hours. After 12:30am, we walked right in and didn't have to swipe the key card or anything all while no one was at the front desk. That is not safe. There was blood in the creases of the toilet seat. It's a place to stay for one night so you can't expect too much.

Upon my arrival, outside and in the elevator smelled like marijuana! During my check-in at 4 pm, I had to wait 45 minutes because the manager was not sure if the room was ready. When I went to my room, the key did not work, so I went back to the lobby, and no one was at the front desk for 15 minutes. The room that was given to me was the wrong room, so the manager was willing to give me a room with two beds. I informed the manager that I would return later to check into my room. I returned at 8 PM, and there was no one at the front desk for about 40 minutes. While waiting in the lobby, this young girl’s dog tried to attack my son. Finally, when the staff came, I asked her if she could cancel my registration, which she willingly did.

The propertyis located in a nice corporate location. We arrived, I was disappointed!! People were living here! It was filthy! The room was dingy and greasy looking! Omg the toilet was not cleaned!! I opened the end table drawer and there were bedbug spots!! Do not stay here! We left so fast!!

BEWARE!! DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL! We reserved a room here through Expedia to stay one night to break up a long car trip. I called at 2:44 pm, spoke to a very nice woman to let them know we would be arriving late - around 10:00 pm. My exact words were ‘please don’t give our room away, we are planning to be there.’ She kindly assured me that she would make a note and we would have a room. Later, at 8:29 pm I received a phone call from the hotel telling us that we no longer had a room reserved there. The clerk explained that they ‘are an extended stay facility and sometimes people just don’t check out when they’re supposed to.’ What? We were scheduled to arrive in an hour and a half and had no place to stay. It’s graduation season and so, whatever wasn’t booked was triple the rate. After 35 minutes on the phone, Expedia finally processed the refund and offered to help find a replacement hotel where we would be responsible for the difference in cost. Too little too late. We figured it out on our own causing us additional expenses we didn’t plan for. Expedia should remove this facility from their platform OR figure out a way to make amends without additional expense to its customers.

I’m not one for leaving reviews however for this hotel I will. My husband and I stayed here recently with our toddler twins as a halfway point to a trip down south. Upon entering the hotel, there was no one at the front desk - we waited at least 10 minutes until someone finally appeared and then blankly stared at us. The bed itself was clean however the room overall was not. Coloured makeup covered the countertop in the washroom, a thickness of dust on most surfaces, a broken window curtain bar, and the front of the Ac/heater unit falling off. Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee, hot water, some teas packs and one chocolate muffin. My husband and I are pretty easy going however would not stay here again. It was cheap, but even for the price we payed, we expected a bit better
