First room had a nonfunctional TV, was moved to a second room. Woke up the morning of a significant snow storm, turned on the television in the second room to check the weather conditions and forecast for my 5 hour drive home, NO CABLE service. Not your best effort!

The Front Desk staff was great. My only disappointment was my room tissue box was empty and the shower hair conditioner container didn't even have one drop in it. Disappointing for a good hotel like the Fairfield.
