Staff was super friendly

The two men who welcomed me yesterday and the one girl who checked me out this morning were very pleasant to deal with! The only thing I would say is just make sure there's plenty of hot coffee available, even later in the day. My room was surprisingly spacious, like huge! And very clean, comfortable. Plus whatever coffee pods they supplied for the coffee maker in the rooms was surprisingly good! The pool looked nice, but I was only in town for one night to see a show near by at The Grand so didn't have a chance to use it. Breakfast was tasty, I had the Banana Nut waffles!

Very convenient location. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff is never friendly though. Every time you check in, it feels like you are bothering them. No shampoo in the shower which was very inconvenient because it was too late once I noticed. This should be checked by the staff daily.

There were some maintenance issues in our room. The lampshades were in poor shape. The shower stall had some lingering dirt. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient.

The hotel and staff are nice! Staff was attentive and friendly. Amenities were enjoyable. Not having microwaves in the rooms was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, good stay!!
