What a great stay! We booked at the last minute and were so happy we did. The price was reasonable and my kids (5,3,2) had a blast. The room was clean and comfy. Good food and activities on premise.

Check-in supposed to be at 4:00pm got there 4:05pm to check in and my room was not ready yet, receptionist told me I should receive a text message when the room is ready and that message never was received after waiting for 30min in the lobby with 2 kids and all my bags I had to go to the desk again to ask if the room was ready, she took another 10 min just to find out if room was ready. Please respect times as guest respects your policy if you it says check in is at 4pm it should be at 4pm.

We love Timber Ridge. However, this stay was troublesome bc the heater unit in the bedroom made an extremely loud irritating sound that kept us up all night. We didn’t want to call maintenance because we didn’t want to wake the sleeping kids on the couch. It was a tough one. Everything else was wonderful as usual z

Good place for families to come and enjoy the water park. Two bedroom suite works well for families. This is our second year coming here with grandkids and family. Will definitely be back again next year. Great memories made.

The room was very dirty, missing several things, and just not somewhere I would ever want to pay to stay again. The staff was nice and my grandkids had fun at the water park. But that is about it.

The room was excellent. No complaints about the stay, only docking a star because it took 30 minutes to check in due to their being one person at check in. We were glad we arrived to check in early because when 4:00 pm rolled around, the line to check in was 3 times longer. If they could staff check in more effectively I'd have no notes!

Firstly check in took 50 minutes. The room blinds were broken, there was mold surrounding the window also there was hair in the bath tub. People were playing and beating on the door all night and screaming in the hallway. The lifeguards neglected actual emergencies (my friend saved a baby in the lazy river) but some how they had the nerve to call me out for thinking my daughter was 6 and under in the outdoor jacuzzi and when I let them know she was indeed 7 they accused me of lying. Just overall a bad experience.

Check in could be a lot faster, I waited in line for 50 minutes! Room was clean but couples things needed to be fixed. Closet door broken, couldn’t get a couple outlets to work and tried several outlets but toaster still would not work. Staff was nice and helpful though.
