Was disappointed in the final price. Much higher than expected. Staff was very pleasant. Could not get a table for dinner Thursday evening. Would have been nice if someone had suggested to get a reservation at the time we checked in as most local diners were closed that evening. The trolley ride to see holiday lights was c awesome. They took extra good care of my son, who was in a wheelchair. The pool is exceptional. Best in WI.

We love coming here every year for the Illumination fest. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The arcade and bowling are so much fun for the kids, however the bowling is a little pricy for being an arcade game.

We go here every Thanksgiving. The water park was incredible as usual, the staff was super nice and the rooms are excellent.

As usual, we had a wonderful time here. The water park is always clean, without long lines for the amenities. The price of things, however continues to increase year after year. This year we were floored when we were told that the yearly brunch with Santa, my children's favorite activity, had increased in price to $60 for adults, and $25 per child. We scrapped together the money, only to be blindsided when they added a 20% gratuity automatically, for our family of four! Unfortunately, we've almost been priced out of attending each year. Which is sad, because this has been our family tradition for over 6 years.
