My fridge didn't work and front desk was notified. 2x they said they would replace and never did. Due to severe weather and no delivery service, I brought my own food that went to waste. Ever since hotel changed hands, it has gone downhill quick.

The room was cleanb and the bed was comfy. The wall by the bed was missing paint and I had to ask the front desk for a bar of soap. Breakfast was ok. Milk and yogurt were the only proteins but the waffles were yummy. The evening front desk was polite and professional.

I've stayed here multiple time in the past havnt been in a while decided to stay again and it was a mistake! First off i have a service animal and it was noted in my booking. When arrived they asked for ID for my service animal which is against the law. They are only allowed to ask two questions about service animals. As soon as i got into my room a cockroach crawed out from behind the tv. The pilliows are not bed pillows they are throw pillows. The floors seemed to be clean
