The stay was great until the power went out in the afternoon to the next day past the time we checked out. Traveling with a baby and having milk spoil, not being able to see or turn the heat on was very uncomfortable.

No hot water! Phones weren’t working so I couldn’t call the front desk, had to go down at 10pm to ask about the hot water. Clerk said she would reset the system. The next morning I wanted to shower and no hot water. Front desk didn’t seem to know about the problem and had to call plumber. We had to leave and couldn’t shower. Said there was no hot water in building as I asked to shower in another room. No apology or offer for compensation. Breakfast was great.
