Yes but the hall and rooms had a bad smell. We had to polut and air freshner on the sir conditioner ro make the romm smell good. Staff and breakfast was excellent.

Room was not cleaned well at all, crumbs in the corners, shower was dirty as was the toilet which looked like it needed a good scrubbing. The pictures on here look nothing like the hotel, this hotel looks very old and worn. The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable though.

You can tell this is an older hotel but there is a nostalgic feeling about that I actually enjoyed. I really wished we could’ve experienced the little resort style pool and cabanas but it was already closed for the season. It was quiet and comfortable and I think it’s the best “fancy” hotel you could probably get in Beaumont haha

Reception was atrocious.I arrived soaking wet through from a downpour at 2:50.The gentleman on reception told myself, my husband and grandson to “wait over there”. After waiting 20 minutes and watching him check in 4 other people I returned to line up - utterly ridiculous and ruined our experience at the hotel. The person was clearly a person in need of power and control and should not be working in the service industry!!!

The hotel is in need of renovation, especially the bathtubs. My daughter even wore her Crocs in the shower because it didn’t look clean. The pool was also closed for the season, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again the next time we’re in Beaumont for a tournament. For the price we paid, we would have had a better experience at a Hampton Inn.

Nice views of gulf. Thought pool was closed. Signage lacking. Parking not adequate, no place. Quiet from road noise. Didn’t hear other guests making noise a plus. Grout in bath showing mold. Staff very nice. Complimentary coffee in morning lobby a pain...have to go to restaurant and wait for someone to be there. Pain with checking in saying I needed to pay for room. Apparently my Expedia payment and their system not communicating. Took about 30 minutes to get resolved. Overall aside from these I would recommend.
