NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Checked into the hotel for a little getaway and purposely got a room that had a hot tub. Paid extra money for the room with the hot tub only for it to be filthy. Could not call to the front desk because the phone was disconnected. Had to call from my cell phone. When I told the clerk, all they did was say they’ll mention it to housekeeping. Did not offer to move rooms or any other resolution. I spent 20 minutes cleaning the tub myself.

The room was filthy and musty smelling. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. This place needs to be remodeled and cleaned thoroughly. We will never stay there again.

Option for Visiting Wake Forest

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, everyone we encountered was polite, helpful, and friendly. There was coffee available for free that was pretty good and there were snacks as well as water available to buy. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, very reasonable and welcomed our dog. We were visiting Wake Forest and it was the closes hotel. It met our needs but not a fancy place.

Great quick stop hotel! Delicious hot breakfast in the morning and wonderful staff. Miguel was wonderful for our late night check in. Had an issue with Expedia and he was able to get us all checked in and right up to our room. So appreciated it! Dog friendly as well. Made travel so much easier
