Mold and Warped Floor in Bathroom

Bathroom seemed like it had some water damage. Floor was warped and the door would not close all of the way. Mold on the walls. Bed not that comfortable.

Staff very friendly. Room big and clean. Couch faces away from TV, that is weird. Location is very good. Bed pretty comfy. Breakfast good. The WiFi is really bad. If that is important to you, find another hotel. It’s really unusable. Good stay other than WiFi being bad.

Damp and a cockroach

Air conditioner leaked and left a puddle. Told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Came back that night and the puddle was still there. They finally came the next day but it was so damp in the room y then, we checked out early. Also, a live cockroach was crawling around the microwave shelf and when we told the cleaning crew, they gave us something to spray, didn’t offer to help. Will not stay there again

The location is great - close to shopping and food options. The man at the front desk was not very friendly, but the woman on the Saturday day shift made up for it with her kindness. The place was very clean. Our room was incredibly humid even though the A/C kept the temperature at the desired 72 degrees.

Nice stay

The staff at this hotel was very nice. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel external view is very outdated so when I first arrive I was really afraid that I wouldn’t be able to stay. All in all it was a pleasant stay and the staff work really hard.

The hotel is average. Was decent enough for a one night stay. Breakfast was not that great quality wise. I never leave reviews. But they charged the CC that I submitted for $2.26. For what? My family was there less than 12 hours. We didn’t even take showers. We slept, ate breakfast and left. On our way to our final destination. I tried to call after to find out what the charge was for and could not be connected to a human. This feels like a money grab where they expect no one to be worried about it because it’s only a couple bucks. Until they do it to everyone. So beware. Stay somewhere else.
