The entire thermostat unit was broken. The room was hot overnight and I could not sleep. I was there for an evening for a work conference. I had to call the front desk twice to get any sort of help - which none was granted but a 4 inch desk fan. Extremely dissatisfied by the customer service and support received and would NOT recommend.

Historic property was charming. Bar & restaurant lively & delicious. Three wedding parties made for a noisy stay. Surrounding area was rowdy - would not feel comfortable walking the area at night. Parking was a challenge & valet service was understaffed.

We had our 50th year West Forsyth High School Reunion there! From the time we parked on the street until we checked out everything was outstanding! The valet men were great, they were very helpful cause we had flowers and other items with us for the reunion. Check in was easy, she smiled, greeted us. The staff for the reunion who served our buffet were excellent. Their supervisor was very accommodating if we needed anything else! Our room was great, very roomy and the beds were so comfortable! We ate breakfast at the Katherine Resturant the next morning. Great food and service! If you are thinking of having a special event at the Kimpton’s, I highly recommend them!
