I never leave reviews, but this hotel right here. Just unacceptable. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Loud Music was allowed to be played til after 3:00 A.M. No front desk could be reached about the situation. Floors smelled like cigarettes and Weed. Rooms were in beat up condition. Could not get sleep. Woke up to beds bugs and jumped up. Had bites on my face, back, neck and upper arm. I literally did not get any sleep here had to stand up until it was daylight because I was scared to sit on anything else after I saw the bed bug. As Soon as it became daylight I cancelled my remaining stay and checked out that hotel. I will be reaching out to the manager today.

Not happy

My stay at this hotel was not what I expected especially after paying 246.00 for one night. The room was unappealing bathroom conditions were terrible cracks throughout the wall discoloration of the tub broken cabinets. The carpet in the room had a terrible smell I 100% did not feel comfortable and should be entitled to some type of refund.

Old property in need of a major overhaul. My no smoking room had a very smoky smell to it. Musty smell on the 5th Floor. I expect more from LaQuinta.

My room was dated. The bathroom had a hole on the tub wall that was patched with a hard plastic sheet and painters tape. The hot/cold plate around the tub faucet was dislodged. The curtain was torn and frayed.

This property was extremely dirty, I stayed there for eight days. They never cleaned my room, and I never got any fresh towels. While eating breakfast in the morning, I noticed homeless people specifically two women walked right in the front door poured themselves a cup of coffee made themselves. A bagel sat down and ate and walked out. I took multiple pictures of things that were broken in my room. The pool was non-operational with chairs and excessive debris, floating and stagnant water. The same condition was present for the hot tub. The courtyard area is overgrown with shrubbery and trees and landscaping that weren’t maintained tables and chairs were blown over into the bushes, broken umbrellas. This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. The entire interior of the hotel from the moment you open the doors the heavy smell of marijuana smoke was throughout! I cannot believe that such a hotel could even operate under these conditions. I can’t imagine it would be too much longer before this place is shut down by the Code Enforcer.

The front desk staff was very professional and showed a great deal of kindness. When we got to our room; however, we couldn't get into our room because the card would not open/unlock the door. With all of our belongs in tow, we had to go back downstairs for a new key. The front desk staff person, reassured us that our kid was working. When we went up to our room, the door finally opened after multiple attempts. This happened two other times during our brief overnight stay. The morning breakfast was less than acceptable. There were very little options to choose from. The food was a bit cold. There was no coffee available and there was no one around to offer help or even ask for help. The ice machine on our floor was out of service too. Just a very disapointing experience. I will not staying here again.
