Believe all the positive reviews you have read about this property! Staff was kind and friendly upon arrival! Yes, the property has been around awhile and there are some noticeably dated things but our room was exceptionally clean and that to me was the most important thing! Complimentary breakfast isn’t your usual Continental, waffle maker etc. It was an American breakfast, eggs, bacon/sausage, grits, potatoes, biscuits, fresh fruit with coffee at your table poured out by an attentive attendant. It was reasonably priced, right off I-40, convenient for what we needed. Safe and quiet, good for our overnight stay!

The staff is so polite and welcoming. The staff at restaurant was accommodating as well. The breakfast was different and delightful versus a continental breakfast plus the lady who services the dining room is pleasant. Clean and tidy room. The employees definitely made this place exceed expectations.

This hotel is old and in need of renovation. The room we had was dark and depressing. Primary color scheme was "brown!" Clerks were apathetic; barely greeting us when we arrived and not smiling. Obviously not a great place to work. The only staff that were smiling and helpful were the cleaning staff. Would never recommend or stay here again.

Looks like a large older hotel with some renovation. Room clean.Linens clean. Had dehumidifier in room that cut on and off through night. Temperature regulation was difficult and heat/ air conditioning cut on and off frequently and it’s loud. A/C fanned air directly toward bed. Thus alternating between too warm and too cold. Pack breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal to warm up with hot water in room. Tiny packet of peach’s and a cracker. Didn’t eat any of it. Wish I had stayed elsewhere.
