This exquisitely renovated two-bedroom condominium significantly enhances your Winter Park retreat. Located on the third floor, this unit showcases vaulted ceilings in the spacious open-concept main area. The hardwood flooring throughout beautifully complements the stunning kitchen, which features new wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and countertops, including a breakfast bar that accommodates four individuals. The dining area is furnished with a large table that comfortably seats up to six and is embellished with a sizable window that provides a picturesque view. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
The expansive living area is furnished with leather furniture, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a private deck that offers views of the forest and Winter Park Ski Resort.
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a newly tiled shower enclosure and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom features a custom-built twin bunk bed, while the updated second bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway.
The structure is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, just a brief stroll from the Clubhouse with the complimentary town shuttle stopping directly in front of the building.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
