First assigned room was not made up. No linens on the bed. Had to get another room. That room was designated for handicapped. When one took a shower, water ran all over bathroom floor and it became a slip hazard.

Absolutely frustrated! Checkin is at 3pm. I was still waiting for a room st 6pm and I was told it would be another 30 minutes! This was beyond frustrating as it prevented me from being able to participate in any plans I had this evening.

I turned on the heater and it smelled badly then the smoke alarm went off. I turned off the unit and the smoke detector stopped. I went down to the front desk to inform them that the A/C unit had caused the smoke detector to go off and the front desk person said it was okay. Huh? You don’t want to check it out. No, she said, it’s fine. Didn’t feel free to use my A/C unit again and she didn’t seem interested in fixing the problem.
