We experienced an extremely rude treatment from a front desk lady when we arrived in the evening. To be fair the next day person had a much better attitude. The room we had didn't feel like a four star hotel room and was pretty dated.

Check in process was cumbersome. We checked in too late to provide an adequate description of the property. It was definitely more out of the way than we had thought.

Service at restaurant was slow. Food was just ok. Paid for top notch and got mediocre. Really felt the food was overpriced. The amenities were good and the staff friendly but restaurant was a huge disappointment. We would recommend if you have extra money, but seems like they have some room for improvement to be top notch.
