I disliked the check-in process, 1. Online - usually fine but 2. Get to the hotel for an upsell to additional resort, pay now, get a voucher kind of thing, felt like timeshare selling upon check-in. Could not skip, avoid, not want it in order to get my room key. I just want simple quick quiet check-in after a long travel day.

Very polite staff. Got us our water park passes to kill some time before check in. Accidentally checked us into an unmade room, but were quick to apologize and make it right.

The facility and staff smelled like marijuana. The pool area was disgusting and unsafe. Saw a guy cut his hand on a rickety railing in the main area and the front desk refused to acknowledge fault or help at all. Breakfast looked like it had been reheated from the day before. Staff was extremely rude to every guest we saw. There was hair in multiple towels. The AC/Heat didn't work. The fridge and microwave were filthy. We had random charges added to our card during our stay with no forewarning or explanation at all. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Had a good breakfast selection. The pool at the hotel was a little crowded and so was the breakfast area. Overall it was a great stay.
