Amazing portage hotel

It was great they were very very accommodating giving us a playpen for my granddaughter and dish soap to wash out bottles. They even let us check in early and check out late. Will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay. We were simply traveling & in need of a place to stay the night. The bed was very comfortable! The shower was roomy! Water pressure was as expected in a hotel, nothing amazing but still fine. Breakfast was the standard & hot. We would stay again.

In booking, it states that it has a pool. When I call to verify how late the pool was open for my children they stated that their pool was under maintenance, which was not listed in the booking. I chatted with Expedia employee and they were unable to get a hold of the facility to do a refund. Expedia staff said they will be working on this hopefully to get me a refund.

Great experience after being worried about previous reviews....i guess some people think a budget hotel should appear and offer the same amenities and appeal high end hotels offer. Keep up the great work!! The only complaint I have is.....the drapes didn't close to darken the room from the bright hotel entrance lights. I definitely recommend this hotel.
