Love having a balcony to sit with coffee and enjoy the river. Was disappointed when we went to the hot tub on Saturday afternoon and the bottom was covered with sand.

I stay at this hotel quite often. I always choose it. I gave it a low rating because the front staff is not accommodating at all. I needed an early check-in, or a late check out. One or the other due to my work schedule. The gentleman would not give me an answer on either one. He was crisp and not workable at all. My husband called and asked to talk to the manager, and she was the same. I made other arrangements and still stayed here, but if I had not stayed here before, I would’ve absolutely not chosen it due to the customer service. The bar and restaurant staff is always amazing with great drinks and food. The view is amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is always a very nice quiet hotel, and I will continue to stay here. But they do need to exceptions for people who work with early check-in or late check out.

The building did not live up to the pictures online. Everything in the building was very outdated. The bathtub/shower did not drain, the pillows were small squares rather than rectangles, the products in the shower were almost empty and did not pump easily. The one good thing about the hotel was that the beds were comfortable.

Great hotel with a great price.

It’s a great hotel with a great location for Wisconsin Dells. Also it’s a great value during the offseason. Just don’t love the 4pm check-in and 10:30am checkout.
