I loved this place very clean

The property is well maintained and has great amenities. Customer service excellent and I enjoyed the modernized room and lounge area

The property is conveniently located. The staff was friendly and polite, the property was neat and tidy overall, parking was easy and convenient and the overall first impression was great. However, the bathroom left a LOT to be desired. The tub drain was clogged leading to water nastily pooling up. The shower head was loose, the faucet wasn't working properly, the towel rack was loose and half pulled out of the wall. The outlet into which the coffee maker was plugged into wasn't working. These factors detracted from an otherwise nice experience.

The bathrooms was a mess, and in the middle of the night it was leaking water from somewhere, the toilet are like paper. Smoke free but you can smell pot everywhere

The Watermark Hotel is a clean, sophisticated, and beautiful hotel located near Tysons Corner area! I enjoy my stay every time I stay at this most beautiful hotel with such class!

The place was great but the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on since it was just a box spring and uncomfortable. I had to use pillows to sleep on to make the mattress softer. If they changed out the mattresses for something of a Marriott quality it would be my go to hotel when in Md?
