I had requested a freezer to put an ice cream cake ahead of time over the cell phone and they assured me they had a freezer to use iver the phone in the back saying I may give it to them when I check in and they will hold it for me, i then arrived and they said I will have to keep it in my room and that the fridge in there will keep it frozen, unfortunately it melted everywhere and I wouldn’t have bought the cake if they haven’t told me they have a freezer for me in the back to hold it for me

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were big. The free breakfast was actually decent. The only complaint we had is that the pool and arcade room look much bigger online. The pool is very small and felt very musty. A couple arcade games didnt work, and the change machine didnt work. Also the phone in our room didnt work either. Minor things, overall a good stay.

Familiar; we've stayed there several times. Prices are reasonable. Facilities are in good condition but starting to show wear. Very pleased with the free breakfast buffet. I'm a bagel, cream cheese and yogurt guy; my wife and grandkids love the breakfast buffet. Plenty of choices, tasty, good quality.

Workshop Overnight

The hotel was going through some construction for refurbishment. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The conference I presented at was in the lobby and adjoining conference rooms. I believe the updates will make this location even more inviting and comfortable.
