Awful service!

The service is awful. I asked for and was given a late checkout (12 instead of 11). At 10:50, housekeeping knocked loudly on my door despite late checkout and DND sign. They did the same again at 11:50. I reported this to the front desk and after saying I wasn’t on the list for a late checkout, she told me she couldn’t see it. Then she told me I needed to tell the front desk when requesting a late checkout that I should tell them to put it in a place on the computer that’s “visible.” That’s not my job! Breakfast was a joke! One employee who failed to replenish food at 9:30.
