Decent hotel on a side street fairly close to where I was working. The hotel has a dining room, which is helpful. For some reason, if you pre-pay for breakfast, everything is awkward here you pay 13.99 you get there you’re not sure what you’re allowed to eat for that price so if you take anything from the wrong area, they charges 16.99+ tip and you don’t know if you’re actually paying that or if you’re getting credit for the food you already paid for. It’s just insanely awkward and it doesn’t need to be unless someone’s trying to sneak profits. Room my room was fine. It was clean. My coffee pot was a piece of junk, but worked great the first two days. Then they decided to upgrade my coffee pot and when I filled it full of water, it just poured water all over the tray that it’s in. And being highly addicted to coffee, this was problematic. This could’ve easily been five stars, because of the free cookie in a bottle of water each night but in all fairness, I’m off putt that everybody makes it awkward so they can take an extra $14 per person per day.

The elevator button would not light up when pushed to go up to our 3rd floor room 353. The check-in desk lady spoke out that the elevator was slow. That wasn’t the issue. I pushed the button several times but didn’t know if it was coming. The room’s bathroom was too small, with very little counter space for a woman. The cookie was nice and warm. You need more electrical outlets. I had to move the coffee pot to the bed nightstand to make my coffee. A women doesn’t have enough outlets for all her toolls. The room was nice and clean and smelled clean, not too strong an odor.

Front desk super rude , we went at 10 for breakfast the gentleman said by 10:30 you have to get up . Breakfast was only egg bacon home-fries and oatmeal nothing else definitely save the money for breakfast in this hotel , since is not free .

Big issue and problems with the thermostat in the room. The room was 58 degrees when we checked in and we set it up to 70, when we returned from dinner it was back at 58 degrees. This happened constantly the 2 nights we were there, asked the desk for help and they sent up someone that had no idea what to do to fix the problem. Pillows were the worse I have ever had in a hotel. The TV should be mounted on the wall so its easier to view from the bed. The bathroom floor was frigid and only a tiny bath mat to stand on, should offer larger mat. No bottled water in the room, had to drink water from the bathroom sink. Will never stay there again, too many issues to deal with!!!

Front desk was extremely accommodating to my sudden flight changes and afforded me a much needed late checkout. And yes, the breakfast was fantastic. I only recommending adding another hot sauce like cholula or salsa!
