After spending an hour there, I booked another hotel room nearby. This was going to be a convenient stop on my trip. I knew the area and got a good rate. Wrong decision on my part.

The property appears as a shelter more than a hotel. The smell in the room was bad. Very musty if I wasn’t so exhausted I would have checked out early. Would never stay here again.

The hotel was understaffed, had no ice machine, and no hair dryers in the rooms. I had to call the front desk on three different occasions and no one ever answered. My room smelled aweful and was very hot when I arrived. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have the ac running when you arrived. There was only one person at the desk during checkin time and some people waited for 30 minutes. The manager didn't seem to know how to handle an annoyed customer and instead of jumping behind the desk to help her employee she headed up the elevator with no explanation. I will never stay here again. Outside the side door there were cigarette butts all over the ground. Why not have a receptacle for them so people don't need to throw them on the ground. For the price, I expected more.

Disgusting - 0 Stars if possible. Smelled awful, in the room and hallways - Like cigarette smoke, horrible mixture of food, etc.. The room was beyond dirty - the floor, our shoes stuck to it. As if someone dropped a bunch of soda on the floor and never cleaned up. The bathroom looked like it never saw a cleaning product. We literally checked in and checked out.

The room was missing the microwave oven, the front desk clerk handed me one. I took it up to the room, but it did not work. The refrigerator was set too cold and froze my drinks. The backsplash is falling apart. The tile wall in the bathroom is not even (some tiles stick out more than others). The grab and go breakfast was not handled very efficiently, both coffee urns were empty.

This property needs a lot of work and maintenance. I had a reservation but when I went to check in I was told there were no rooms available except for the room of last resort that needed a lot of renovations. They did discount the room 30%.

The mattress is old and all you could feel was every spring in it, the shower curtain was moldy with dryer boogers on it, and there was dirty tissues behind the night stand.

Only thing that was good was it was close to where I had to go and the staff were nice. Other than that the rug was damp and filthy, the bathroom door barely closed and there was an odor in the room
