Nice place to stay

Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast usual hotel fare. All in all, it was an OK experience. Coffee in late afternoon was not fresh or hot.

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in a long time. The first night a maintenance person tried to let others into my room at around 10:30pm. Immediately after sending him away I get a call from the front desk which wakes both of my kids up. She wanted to know if there were people in the room. Yes, your guy saw me and I am in the room. I was so on edge I barely slept. Not to mention the fear my kids felt. The second evening there were kids screaming up and down the hall and a dog barking. I will not be staying again.

Average stay. Toilet handle fell off but staff addressed it. Toilet continued to run after flushing so had to readjust gasket inside tank after each flush which was annoying. Did not have this addressed as it was noticed around the time we were going to bed but I did notify the staff at check out first thing in am. Body soap dispenser in shower was empty. Not the end of the world by any means, just irritating to find when you are already in the shower. All else was fine.

Not a good experience or customer service I’m a cancer survivor and the told my wife will I was at the local er she had to leave because of smoke Oder we both do not smoke it was coming from next door weed smoking she didn’t want to upset me so she said the were booked I had been there a few days and rebooked earlier that morning online so I took her word for it come to find out I was still being charged and had to rent another hotel in the area and that was a dump this property is very clean and safe the hotel I rented in place of Hampton was something u see in a movie horrible scary and not safe esa the following morning I looked on my capital 1 app I was still being charged so I’m disputing that charge as I write this I don’t snitch on people especially drugged up young people in fear of retaliation and of course my wife safets
