Overall a great stay.

Overall a great stay. The check-in staff was so kind. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of yummy options. When we checked out- staff was a bit standoff-ish

Great stay for a great price

We were very impressed with the room for the price it was. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was the best hotel breakfast we had and were impressed with the many options. Check in was easy and the lady at the desk was very friendly and welcoming.

Ok but…..

It was a usual holiday inn express. Did have a problem with road salt on the edge of one of the counters when I leaned on it and it got all over my black pants it to the front desk’s attention and she agreed that it probably came from road salt. She then sold us detergent for their washer and dryer which along with the washer and dryer cost us almost$10. It was not so much the money as her not offering to rectify the situation.
