About 30 minutes after checking out of the hotel, my 15 year old daughter realized she left one of her air pods in the room, likely on the bed. We turned around and headed back to the hotel and were escorted back to the room, only to find housekeeping changing the room over. The beds had already been stripped and laundry sent down. When we explained the situation, the housekeeping manager took off running to the laundry room. About 10 minutes later, she met us in the lobby out of breath and excited she had found the air pod!! She went through all of the sheets in the laundry room to find it! She made my daughter's day! I've already told several people about our experience and will continue to tell more! It's people like her, that are willing to help when they can, that make your business stand out from the rest. Keep her and promote her 😊
