We did not have any hot water, drip in bath tub and fridge kept us up all night, room smelled of stron cleaning solution, towels displayed had stains, water leaked under sink, filled coffee brewer to "Max" line mark, and when I brewed coffee, it overflowed - either cup provided is not big enought or MAX line is too much - I prepaid for two nights but left after one night as we were not going to spend another night in that room. Would like to be compensated for the 2nd night

The owner of the hotel acted like he is a most important person and can do whatever he wants. I arrived around noon and had to go to the wedding so I asked him if we can have room earlier he basically scream at me”absolutely not “ so I asked if I can change in the lobby bathroom because I need to go to the ceremony at 1 pm. Off course the answer was “absolutely not “ I also witnessed the incident with another customer when the owner was very rude and disrespectful and the customer said “ sir you are very rude “ the owner sad “get the f…. out of here and cancelled the reservation. The owner said that his hotel is his private property and if the customer didn’t leave he would call the cops. Very upsetting and unprofessional behavior. His assistant who was seated behind the counter cancelled the customer’s reservation and seemed to be very happy. I was never before in the hotel where I was treated like someone who is lower than the person behind the counter. The word disrespectful is not enough to describe this owner and his agent ( assistant) behavior.

Terrible customer service

I had to change my reservation to be a day earlier but they would not let me change it even though they had empty rooms so I had paid for a night that I didn't even use. Terrible customer service I will never stay there again

My toilet bubbled up each time someone upstairs flushed theirs. The place is old and could use some updates, but it's one of the few in Westfield and the people are nice.

This is an older style motel with room access separate from the lobby. Rooms face the parking lot. 1st floor rooms have sliding doors that open to the lot. 2nd floor rooms have balconies. Tons of noise from outside. Deadbolt did not work. Not as advertised.
