Friendly people at check in, the room was just disgusting. I get it’s a budget hotel, but there could be some more effort in keeping the rooms nice. It made it hard to get comfortable.

No plans to stay at Ramada again

Bed was comfortable however room was unclean making you wonder about the sheets. Shower and bath were dated and we didn’t bother using them. Restaurant had decent menu and food was good. Very noisy with dogs barking and howling in their room

Great stay in a great town

The room was everything youd expect from a sub 100 a night place but a little better. The property as a whole, the bathroom and the sheets were clean and the staff from the front desk to the cleaners doing their rounds were friendly. The free breakfast was packed but moved fast with coffee and pancakes. There are smoking and pet options too which many travelers have less options for their stay. Ive never had a problem in wytheville and this stay was another success at an affordable, clean and friendly location.

Room clean. Coffee available 24/7 Property clean pool clean Breakfast is very basic. Pancake machine great Would suggest protein at breakfast. Even if just peanutbutter or protein oatmeal packs and OJ.

Not as good as it once was... Surprises

Rented 3 rooms. One room was fine. One room had "stuff" in drawers and strange underwear and clothes on bathroom floor next to toilet. Third room had cookie/cracker crumbs in bed. Family slept on top of bed used our blankets to cover up. I was told my front desk that she could probably find someone to change the bedding if I gave her a little while. We had tired babies and I told her we would figure it out. Also I called 3 days before check in to make sure there was a port a bed in 2 rooms and was told they would be in room and ready for babies. I was told at check in hotel didn't even have such things. Had to do some fast work to find a way for babies to sleep. Have stayed here before, but I probably won't again.

Dont stay unless you dont have a lot of money

The hotel was rundown. Booked 5 rooms at $97 each and was very unhappy. The rooms smelled musty. The staff in the restaurant were rude. Definitely dont recommend and wouldn't stay again. I will stay in blacksburg at a hilton or home2home

The hotel was dirty, shower was moldy and rusty. We tried 2 rooms with the same conditions. It was so bad that we couldn’t stay there. We want a refund for the entire room. Never stay here. The review for the hotel was so wrong. Don’t trust the reviews for the Ramada Inn!

Disappointed.

You get what you pay for here. If the deal is “too good to be true” it probably is. Ice machines were all out of ice. Initial room wasn’t clean. All three rooms booked smelled either Smokey or musty. Dated rooms. It was one night so it wasn’t awful but if your expecting comfort and amenities go somewhere else. The attached restaurant is a perk. And the pool was clean.

What I can say is the beds were better than most we’ve slept on. The adjacent door look like it has bullet holes and was some kind of sketchy feelings It is pet friendly so be prepared for pet smells Never could connect to the WiFi no instructions anywhere The tv keeps going out But the water pressure would take a layer of skin off.

This hotel needs to be cleaned in hazmat suits. The only thing somewhat clean were the bedding. I slept in my car instead of the room. The front desk staff was not helpful. I wish I could load pictures of how disgusting the room was. I have no clue how this was rated so high on Expedia. I feel like the hotel must dispute every negative review. Do not stay here spend your money elsewhere. Or just sleep in your car in their parking lot like me.
