The layout of the bathroom was brilliant making the room feel bigger. We liked having the sink separate from the shower for getting ready. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was clean and we will be returning in a week for the second half of our trip. Feeling good about going back.

Terrible!

It was just one night on the way home from Florida. We had stayed there two years ago and thought it was great. This time, it reeked of mold when we walked in the side door closest to our room. The room desperately needed a good cleaning. We were shocked at how much it had gone downhill in just two years. It was rated “exceptional,” but this was obviously from a long time ago. It was gross! We will never stay there again.

Price consistencies please

We were on the road to Florida when trying to book on the Hotels.com app. We had selected a king bed room priced at $161 and we got bounced out of the booking. We proceeded to try again only to find the only rooms left to book were Queen beds but priced at $220. The price hike was really unfortunate but we had heard good things and wanted to make sure we got a room. When we arrived, our room was very small, again this was fine. But the room itself was not updated at all compared the pictures for the other king bed rooms. It was on the first floor and every 45 minutes a jarring grinding sound from some kind of motor kicked in and it was truly impossible to sleep. Honestly all of this we would have accepted but the last second price increase just seemed so unreasonable considering we knew many other rooms were sold for less and our prices experience. We won’t be coming again.
