The bed definitely could be way more cozier. The table could use another chair. The door didn’t latch all the way we had to have Maintenance come and fix it right away. At one point when we came back, our key was deactivated for some reason we had to go get it reactivated. In the pool room, it would be nice to have the showers. Have warm water.

A mixed bag. Our deluxe room with kitchen was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great ocean view. Hotel is right on the beach. Heard some footsteps from floor above, and, one evening, a brief fire alarm, apparently an accident. Restaurant was nothing special. Exterior of property is in poor condition. Cement walkways need pressure washing; they are dirty and full of bird poop. The place also really needs paint and bird repellent measures. Elevator was a bit dingy and dated. The condition of the property really detracted from our overall experience.

The room was average; not resort like. The outside had bird nests on the side of the building as you exited the room. The birds were loud each morning. There were guests that were drunk below our room and made noise well into the night. No one came and shut them down. The hot tub was so chlorinated it burned our eyes. Not a resort feel but good location.

The check in experience was terrible. We arrived at 4pm and the rooms were not ready. The staff was rude and did not feel anything was wrong when we expressed our concerns. In fact they said that the check in was starting at 4pm and could take longer. If that is the case they should write that on their website. The rooms were fine. Will never go back to this property.

Run down, false advertisement

They need serious updates. The pictures of the pool area are false advertising. I booked this place because of the pool area. It's clear the water features haven't been used in a very long time. Almost all of their elevators were out. The overall condition of the property was poor and not maintained. Our room slanted downward. They need some serious structural improvements.

Property is a short driving distance to old Florence town as well as close to great site seeing adventures! The beach is beautiful and is great for long walks! Great spot to relax, no need to drive anyplace since everything you need is right there. Pet and children friendly place! Will definitely visit again!

No screens on first floor sliding door. Bugs and major security concern. Cannot lick door. Towels threadbare. Check in..desk attendant didnt honor high floorcrequest..made rez a year ago!!@ also didnt realize pet room on rez. Gave me wrong key. Room dated. Old dirty carpet. Mold growing on windows and inside fridge. Disgusting

We booked this because it was one of the only properties ones on the beach. 3 deficits with the property: an important elevator is broken, kids play area was closed, water spigots to clean your feet after being at the beach also didn’t work. General upkeep of the hotel has not been done and it’s looking dated. But the rooms were comfortable, clean and everything we “needed”, not wanted was there. The sunset from the deck when the sun was shining was spectacular.
