    Room ok, was small but ocean views are nice. They did not have breakfast, so unsure how to rate that. Pool area was nice, had a kiddie pool and a splash park for the kids and hot tub worked nice, not jets tho.

    The front desk staff was inviting and friendly. The room was clean. The elevator was out of service. That wasn’t mentioned when we requested a fourth floor room. The bed was uncomfortably firm and the pillows were like pancakes.

    I was absolutely disgusted when I went to turn on my water in the bathroom sink and touched human feces that was rubbed all over the faucet handle. Definitely could do a much better job on cleanliness. I took pictures, but I guess you can't post them here. I will say, the front desk staff was very friendly at check in though.

    I was so disappointed because I had abstracted view- this wasn’t stated on the website. I wouldn’t have rented if I would have known! The room was nice but for the price I would not had stayed there.

    My son and I traveled south to the sea lion caves. We wanted a hotel with a hot tub. We chose this property. Highlights: Best hot tub ever. Perfect heat, clean, with a fountain in the middle. Restaurant. Had simple dinner of chowder and my son had their smash burger. Best fries in Florence. Shower. Clean, excellent water flow. Room. How can you beat an ocean view room? We watched a spectacular sunset. Loved every minute of it. The beach was right there. Two minute walk. The staff was very friendly. If you want to see the caves, stay at this resort.

    Place is nice, but showing its age a bit. they seem to be understaffed as I had to wait for someone to check me in. There was confusion and understaffing as well as quite a wait at the dinner although the staff are quite nice. The same problem the next morning at the Bistro.

    The staff was very friendly, the amenities were nice, the property is in a great location. The only drawback were the building being older and that was very noticeable when it came to hearing people in the next room, and the floor above. Also the heating system was very dated!

    The positive: The location is nice. The staff was friendly. The negative: I shocked the crap out of myself plugging in my cell phone charger and burnt the charger so it’s no longer usable. The bedroom tv remote doesn’t change channels. The bed sheets had a shoe print on them telling me they never changed the sheets. So for about $300-$400 a night you can be get electrocuted and sleep on someone else’s filth.

    Ocean front with amazing views from every room. Indoor pool and jacuzzi with adult only hours. 4-5 miles to Mo's and downtown restaurants or nice restaurant on site. Needs a little modernizing here and there but overall, I'd definitely stay again.
