Nice hotel, easy parking clean room decent breakfast but the staff at night on front desk super slow and talk too much un necessary. There was no issues with my reservation but still take like 20min and other guests behind me was angry

The front desk staff was awesome, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, breads and cereals. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice, cool, clean, and comfortable. The price was great for everything we enjoyed! I would definitely stay again.

Good: The suite room we reserved was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold food options. Not so good: Our room was on the roadside and was fairly noisy. The room was a little worn but still comfortable. A good amount of homeless and police activity nearby.

Upon checking in we asked about the laundry. The lady told us we cannot use the laundry until 10 am the next day. We desperately needed to use the laundry due to multiple kiddos and all, and we needed to check out 9 am the next day. We had to charge our future plans due to laundry issue, only to find out upon checking out that washer/dryer has been there available to use all this time. So there you have it, awful customer service. Not to mention the bad smell everywhere. Will never return.
