I was changed room 3 times, first room bed sheets were disgusting blood stains and other stains on sheets, second room the ac did not work and was told that it was because the wheather outside was in the 90s LMAO third room was ok until I saw dirty/ disgusting papers shoved in the walls. The person checking us in was rude and also called the police on me because I had family come visit me in my room. They were visiting because I was just passing by and wanted to see me. Worst Motel I have ever stayed in. Never again!! I would rather sleep in the car.
The room was dirty. It had a broken window.The toilet didn't work. Dead bug on the couch. Manager met us at the room, took his shoes off and got on the bedside table to turn the AC on. It was very dark so I opened the curtains. Manager didn't want them open was very verbal about it. felt like a room you would rent by the hour. We were so disgusted we left. After paying an extra $20 for early check-in.
The room overall was alright for the price until you got to the bedding. The sheets stunk like they weren’t washed, the pillow cases had red hair on it to confirm that they weren’t washed. When the front desk was asked if we can get a new set of sheets the front desk guy responded very rudely & said that wasn’t his job & said to come back in the morning. It was 4pm in the afternoon. When we explained that the sheets stunk so bad we couldn’t sleep in them & that they were stinking the room up the front desk guy insisted to come in the room & smell the room. He entered & stated he didn’t smell the odor, he proceeded to go get another female to have her smell the room, she stated it stunk musky in the room. They left & the guy came back with air freshener, he tried to enter the room using a master key & just walk in while I female was unclothed getting out of the shower. My husband had to stop him from entering the room. At this point we asked for the manager he stated he was the owner. We left it alone because we can see he was escalating the situation & we had pre paid for two weeks through Expedia. We tried the following day to check out early & be refunded our money back so we can stay somewhere else. When the Expedia agent called he declined the refund. He then followed me & knocked on the car window as I was leaving the hotel to talk about how if I would not prepay my room he would’ve refunded me. We ended up buying our own blankets and cleaning the room ourself.
The initial check in was excellent! Fast and strait to the point, we payed ahead so all they needed was our id and then we got our room key. Me and my husband attended a ball game that day and didn’t get home until 1:00AM. We were so excited to sleep in a bed :) so we walk up stair to our room 114 and to our surprise there were a couple already sleeping in our bed! Startled we shut the door and went straight up to the front Dest and demanded a new room. To which he says “they went to the wrong room” and he gave us their room 115. Why should their key card work for our room? No idea! Just be sure if you stay here to lock the door before bed!
We got to the hotel, and there was a homeless person passed out in the parking lot. In the room, the bed covers had stains and cigarette burns. The sheets weren't better with brown stains that looked like blood. The mattresses were discolored. The shower and sinks had hair and the toilet had brown stains in the bowl and the underside of the seat. The wifi didn't work, and the remote for the tv didn't have batteries. We left after sitting there for an hour looking for another hotel.
on my way to mt rainier NP, poor condition, homeless around, microwave is broken in room and turns out most microwave in room not work. suggest stay away from this area
Gross Moldy over priced rip off. Electrical wires hanging out of the wall. Disgusting shower and toilet. Non working A/C. Unclean bedding.
Made an online reservation the guy got mad and still charged a $20 deposit which he said would go directly in his pocket.
The place was not very clean at all. Our room must have been quickly wiped down or something because there was a peice of gum on the wall and a old dirty sock on top of the nasty microwave..
I had the worst experience at holiday Lodge in Yakima. I paid for my room which was 59.10. i put a deposit of $40. The owner said, next day I will get my deposit as it states in the Holiday Lodge website. the next morning came it wasn't 11:00 yet and he was outside our door telling us to get out he walked in the room everything was super clean. We try to walk away from me and I said wait where's my deposit he said 3 to 5 business days it was appear on my card. I waited a whole month and I still haven't got my deposit back. I gave him one last chance I don't want to go to court but I have to I will I just want my deposit back that you swore and stated on recording that you wouldn't take the money out of my card the card was just to be on hold for the room. It was a bad experience mold everywhere bathroom wasn't even fully bathroom f****** gunshots at night the holiday Lodge is not a safe place to get a room for the night. The owner steals your money okay then he will make up lies so he wouldn't give you a deposit back that's why I started recording him once I step foot in that building. So now today I'm on my way to go get my $40 deposit cuz that is not cool these people Arabians can't feel like they can take your money because you work for that money so if you don't give me my $40 deposit but I'm taking him to court and I got proof stay tuned I do not recommend this hotel.
He does not allow you to play in the pool You just have to sit in it. My son had a green water ball he was playing with and he started yelling to get out of his pool and to go to our room which was extremely rude
He was also yelling at one of the female workers while I was standing at his desk in the lobby calling her a lazy women she looked like she was high on meth and were the same clothes for the duration of our stay. We also got a noise complaint from the person below us while we were checking out at 10:45 in the morning on Father's Day.
Holes in the bed sheets. Floor boards were broken and in pieces, sharp edges. Shower hardware was falling out of the wall, wasn't stable. Door lock wasn't sufficient, not safe.
