They should post that the elevator is down and we have to use the stairs. So nice being on the third floor and having to go up and down the stairs. Also I guess being a Platinum member no longer gets a goodie bag or even a free water. Just sad

Our room was on the third floor and elevator wasn’t working. Other that, everything was fine.

When we arrived we found the elevator was out of service and had been so for one month with no estimate of when it would be fixed. We were on the second floor and could not be moved lower. The TV remote did not work, the batteries were missing. Housekeeping was provided after three days stay unless requested. After two days I asked for housekeeping, trash removal and clean towels were provided. The Exit Door at the end of the hallway on the ground floor didn't always close completely. The staff was cordial and attentive to requests.

We had a great experience and stay except that they waited til last minute to tell us that the elevator was broken. Who wants to go up and down stairs to get to their room after a long day of travel with kids and luggage? Not us. But we still had a good stay. Clean, nice breakfast, nice employees.

We have not been contacted by the hotel to let us know the elevator is not working and our room was ok the second floor. While our other family member staying there was called beforehand. We just found out that it was the case when we got there. Dont go barefoot and walk on the carpet in the room as it is really dirty, you’ll see it when you are barefoot. Also, the stairs smells like feet and looks very outdated

Upon arrival, found winged bugs crawling on the curtains. Bugs also on the wall coming from bottom of the A/C unit. About 3 dozen dead bugs on top of the A/C Control Unit. I requested to be moved to another room. This was done promptly by the front desk. No problems with the replacement room.

My check in was sketchy. I had just booked a non-refundable room here on HOTELS.com when we pulled into the parking lot. At the same time as a street person rode up on his bike. He emptied his pockets onto the counter next to me as the clerk explained that the elevator was out of service.

The elevator was broken, I walk with a can and had to go two flights of stairs, the clerk showed no empathy whatsoever,, H Said he didn’t have a first floor room when we could clearly see that ours was one of four keys he had sitting on his desk and two of them were by first floor rooms.
